It's sad to see the attendances dwindling and atmosphere getting quieter. The presentation (announcer, lack of cheerleaders) and shaky performances from the team are obvious factors concerning the atmosphere, but the overload of games is affecting both too.
We're coming up to 9 games in the space of two months. The Trophy run obviously contributed to that. There were times earlier in the season when the fixtures were too far apart. It would help if we could get a regular schedule next season. When midweek games are unavoidable, we desperately need some new strategy - after-work crowd rather than families?
