Some information to share with season pass-holders. First game of the season (my first as a pass-holder) I bought some merch at the stand but was told they no longer give the discount. I queried this with the club, as the season tickets page on the website advertises "15% Discount at the Lions Merchandise Shop on game nights." Harry said this is correct and would pass the information on to the shop, and refunded me the money. Friday night, the guys at the merch stand told me I can buy the items there but then have to go down to the office to get the discount refunded. What a ridiculous system! Are the guys at the stand just being needlessly awkward? How did it work before this season? I like buying into what the club are doing and supporting them, but I'm sorry to say I didn't buy anything and now don't plan to due to this attitude.

Im sure you got the discount straight off before. They're a lovely pair of guys and generally incredibly helpful. I'm sure they wouldn't be saying it unless that was the instructions.

It seemed like there'd obviously been communication between the first match and the second match, so I'm taking the information given to me at the second match to be the new policy. Interested to hear what any other pass-holders experience!
