How did Rod Brown not get player of the season last May? He was streets ahead of everyone else. Knutsen played well up to Christmas but then faded after an injury. That one mystified me......keep pushing the ball Brownie!

It's a real shame. Rod's been an excellent player for the club over the last two seasons, hopefully the team can rally around him for his last season and win a trophy or championship. It would be an excellent send off and get him the silverware his performances deserve. Particular highlight for me is his game winning and playoff sealing shot against manchester, I still watch the video of the match on YouTube and for the life of me can't work out how it went in.

Do we think we'll see him before the season's out? Will he want to return next season to go out on a high - or will his injuries and the team's form make his mind up it's time to go?
